ONE-YEAR Program of the Polish language (visa)
The One-year Program “Polish Language and Culture for Foreigners” is designed for those who want to improve their knowledge of the Polish language and culture at the KLUB DIALOGU School.
A confirmation letter of participation in the One-year Program may support the process of applying for a Polish student visa or a Residence Card. However, the School does not guarantee the successful outcome of any application and does not provide services related to obtaining a right of stay, visas, or administrative permits for foreigners.

Our One-year Program offers several pathways — from relaxed learning to full language immersion.
One-year Program 90
The program includes 3 group courses. It is an ideal choice for people who want to learn Polish at a comfortable pace and easily combine studying with other responsibilities. Participants of the One-year Program 90 join subsequent courses according to their own preferences. The only limitation is the Program end date.
One-year Program 120
The program includes 4 group courses. It is an ideal choice for people who want to make noticeable progress while maintaining a balance between studying and other activities. Participants of the One-year Program 120 systematically continue with subsequent courses. The only limitation is the Program end date.
One-year Program 180
The program includes 6 group courses. It is an intensive path for people focused on fast learning, tangible results, and greater confidence in communication. Participants of the One-year Program 180 continue directly to the next levels without interruption. The only limitation is the Program end date.
One-year Program 960
The program includes 20 lesson hours per week. It is a comprehensive program that allows full immersion in the Polish language and culture. An excellent choice for people seeking dynamic progress. Participants follow a fixed study schedule throughout the program. The only limitation is the Program end date.
Rules of participation in the One-year Program of Polish
The One-year Program was developed as an educational program primarily for foreigners intending to apply for a visa or legalization of stay. The Program may also be used for other purposes, but regardless of the purpose, all provisions of participation in the Program apply, in particular regarding cancellation and refund policies.
The School does not participate in visa applications or residence legalization procedures in Poland and is not responsible for any personal, administrative, immigration, or legalization matters of the applicant.
One-year Program 90, 120, 180
As part of the One-year Program 90, 120, 180, you will:
- attend 3, 4, or 6 group courses depending on the selected package,
- join an appropriate group course according to the school schedule and your language proficiency level, continuing through subsequent levels,
- receive 2 coursebooks for learning Polish.
Intensive One-year Program 960
Intensive One-year Program includes 20 l-h per week (excluding school breaks and public holidays), which amounts to 900–960 l-h* per year.

As part of the Intensive One-year Program 960, you will:
- complete the following:
# minimum 180 l-h of group classes (with a teacher)
# minimum 25 l-h of individual classes (with a teacher)
# minimum 300 l-h of supervised self-study at school
# 350 l-h of homework (assigned independent study at home)
# 75 l-h of workshops / cultural events - Receives 2 textbooks
- join the appropriate group course according to the school schedule
- schedule one-to-one lessons individually
- receive 3 learning sets (coursebooks + workbooks)

The One-year Program does not start on one fixed date. It is an educational service provided over a period of 12 months. Your class schedule is arranged individually after you contact KLUB DIALOGU School.
The KLUB DIALOGU School is listed in the Development Services Database (BUR) maintained by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP).
The BUR is a platform that brings together verified training institutions, ensuring a high standard of service quality.
Important information
‘l-h’ (lesson hour) equals 45 minutes.
Each group course consists of 30 l-h and, depending on its intensity, lasts 1 or 2 months.
Group course hours may be converted into individual lessons in accordance with the applicable rate.
A participant og
A participant of the One-Year Program joins a group course in accordance with the School’s course schedule. After completing the first course, the participant will be asked to enroll in the next one until all purchased hours have been used.
Educational offer
KLUB DIALOGU ensures continuity of group courses across all proficiency levels, from beginner (START 1) to advanced (B2).
Individual lessons are available at all proficiency levels (A0–C1).
The school also offers preparatory courses for the Polish state certificate exams at B1 and B2 levels and is an authorized examination Center for B1/B2 certification exams.
Certificate
At the end of the One-year Program, upon receiving a positive evaluation from the School, participants may obtain a certificate confirming participation in the Program and/or their achieved level of proficiency in the Polish language.
Terms of use of hours
The School hereby informs that the One-year Program is conducted within a maximum period of 12 months.
Failure to attend the Polish language course on the agreed date or absence during the course results in the lessons being lost.
All purchased lesson hours must be fully used within the period specified in the confirmation letter. Any unused lesson hours will be lost, and the School does not refund the Program fee.

the embassy
We recommend that you first contact the Polish embassy in your country of residence or the Immigration Office in Poland to determine the required number of hours to obtain a visa / Residence Card.
KLUB DIALOGU does not contact public offices or assist in the administrative process.

Please e-mail info@klubdialogu.pl to inform us about your interest in participating in the One-year Program. Please attach a scan of the passport page with a photo, and provide the number of hours necessary and the planned start date of learning.
a payment
Please make the full payment to the bank account provided in the CONTACT section or below. Installment payments are not available.
The next step is to sign the “Agreement for Participation in the One-year Program” via an electronic platform.
confirmation letter
After the full fee has been paid and the Contract has been signed, the School has 15 days to issue the invoice and the Confirmation Letter confirming participation in the One-year Program.
The documents will be sent immediately in the manner and to the address indicated by you. If the shipment is to be made by priority mail or courier, you must bear the costs of this shipment.
Fee refund of
One-year Program of Polish
Withdrawal from the One-year Program for reasons other than those listed below does not entitle the Participant to a refund, except where required by applicable law.
The School does not terminate the Agreement or refund the Program fee until the residence legalization process has been completed. This rule is part of the One-year Program and is intended to protect the School’s legitimate interests.
Withdrawal from the Contract
A Participant of the One-year Program of the Polish Language for Foreigners may withdraw from the agreement and receive a refund of the fee paid only in the following cases:
- The Participant must return to their home country due to the death of an immediate family member.
- If the agreement was concluded online, the Participant has the right to withdraw within 14 days from the date of payment, in accordance with applicable law;
- A visa or Residence Card application has been refused;
- The Participant must return to their home country due to a long-term stay in hospital;
Conditions of the Refund
To withdraw from the agreement successfully, the Participant must:
a/ Inform the School by email at info@klubdialogu.pl.
b/ Send a scanned copy of the relevant official document issued by the appropriate authority:
- a document confirming the refusal of a visa or Residence Card application;
- a hospital certificate confirming a long-term stay in hospital and a return ticket to the Participant’s home country;
- a death certificate of an immediate family member and a return ticket to the Participant’s home country.
c/ Provide the full bank account details for the refund.
Refund of the Fee
If the Participant of the One-year Program has not yet started Polish language classes, and a refund is due, KLUB DIALOGU School has the right to deduct the amount of 500 PLN as a fixed administrative fee covering the costs related to concluding and managing the agreement as well as organisational activities connected with the Program.
If the Participant has already started Polish language classes and requests a refund during the Program, the School will calculate the refund according to the following formula:
Refund amount = paid fee – 500 PLN (administrative costs) – cost of completed lessons and/or courses – cost of textbooks.
Refund to the account
The refund for the One-year Program will be made within 7 days from the date on which the School receives all required valid documents.
If the fee was paid in foreign currency (€ or $), the refund will be made in the same currency or according to the exchange rate on the day of payment.

To start the One-year Program, after arriving in Poland (or, if you are already in Poland), you need to contact the KLUB DIALOGU office.
