The organiser of the quizzes is Szkoła KLUB DIALOGU s. c., Wioletta Kunicka-Kajczuk, Piotr Kajczuk, Al. Jerozolimskie 55/4, 00-697 Warszawa, NIP 536-276-44-16.
Only a student of the School (in 2017 – 2024) may participate in the quizzes.
There will be 6 quizzes, each comprising of 8 questions, released throughout 2024.
Quizzes will be published on the School’s Social Media: FB/klubdialogu, Instagram/klubdialogu, in the Newsletter, and on the website in the months February, March, April, May, September, and October. Then they will be all available on the website.
For participation in quizzes, the KLUB DIALOGU School provides PRIZES in the form of school gadgets (sweatshirts, T-shirts, bags, bottles, etc.) or learning textbooks.
Prizes will be awarded in November 2024.
The first 5 people to answer all questions correctly in all 6 quizzes will receive a prize.
If there are no such people like mentioned in point 7, then the prizes will be awarded to the people with the highest number of points and participation in the largest number of quizzes.
The prize is selected and collected in person at the School Office. The prize is valid for 4 months. Any unclaimed prize will be forfeited.
The prize winners consent to the School publishing their personal data: name and country of origin as well as the image captured in the photo in all social media and information channels. No consent to make the image public must be expressed in writing individually.
